  • Create a working definition of leadership and have people rate themselves on the 3 key aspects of leadership.

  • Explore the competencies and skill-sets for being a grounded visionary
    • Dealing powerfully with reality while not being limited by circumstances
    • Creating a vision, a mission, and values that can be operationalized
    • Being a visionary for people not, just organizations

Session 4

  • Explore the competencies and skill-sets for ‘going first’/leading by example
    • Embodying your vision, mission, values
    • Discovering vulnerable leadership, versus instructive leadership

  • Explore the competencies and skill-sets for having people win
