  • Differentiate leadership from management, being supportive, being a colleague, being in-charge.
  • Create a working definition of leadership and have people rate themselves on the 3 key aspects of leadership.

  • Define and create the necessary conditions in which leadership can be exercised:

      • Integrity as the foundation for trust and having things work

Session 3

  • Explore the competencies and skill-sets for being a grounded visionary
    • Dealing powerfully with reality while not being limited by circumstances
    • Creating a vision, a mission, and values that can be operationalized
    • Being a visionary for people not, just organizations

Session 4

  • Explore the competencies and skill-sets for ‘going first’/leading by example
    • Embodying your vision, mission, values
    • Discovering vulnerable leadership, versus instructive leadership

 Day 2

Session 1

  • Explore the competencies and skill-sets for having people win
    • Part 1
      • Empathy, cultural discussion
      • What shapes the way people act.
      • How to galvanize people into effective action

Session 2

  • Explore the competencies and skill sets for having people win

      • Training versus development
