Valuation Desk

The ‘Valuation Desk’ at Shasat offers valuation services such as ‘business valuation services’, valuation of ‘insurance products’ and ‘complex financial instruments’ to meet the valuation requirements. Given the difficulty of valuing financial instruments and the potential for conflict of interest, both financial and non-financial institutions can rely on us for independent third-party valuation services. Our valuation services help clients in enhancing their credibility and transparency in their reporting/disclosures. Our team has deep domain expertise to deal with the fair valuation requirements under IFRS, IPSAS, USGAAP, valuations standards issued by the IVSC, and evolving market practices.
